Circuit Civil Mediation (including pre-suit)
$350per hour
- Using Zoom Web Conferencing
- In-person rate is $400/hour plus travel time if outside Palm Beach/Broward/Miami-Dade Counties
Family/Divorce Mediation
$600 - $1200 flat fee*
- The flat fee includes:
- - Intake, document review and mediation preparation
- - Up to 3 hours of virtual mediation
- - A draft Marital or Paternity Settlement Agreement
- - Child Support and Alimony worksheets and calculation (if applicable).
- *For parties with combined income of $150,000 or less (financial affidavit required), the flat rate is $600. $700 for in-person mediation in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade counties. Each additional hour is $175.
- For combined incomes over $150,000, the flat rate is $1,200. $1,300 for in-person mediation in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade counties. Each additional hour is $295.
- Couples will also be charged a room rental fee for in-person mediation if applicable.
Couples Mediation
$195 per hour
- Using Zoom Web Conferencing
- We help couples improve communication, navigate decision-making challenges, and resolve issues that put strain on their relationship.
- In-person rate is $235/hour plus travel time if outside Palm Beach/Broward/Miami-Dade Counties
