Mediation sessions can be scheduled for either a half-day or a full day. However, the actual length of the mediation may vary. Parties will only be billed for the time spent in mediation, with a minimum charge of one hour.

Circuit Civil Mediation

Family/Divorce Mediation

  • For parties with combined income of $150,000 or less (financial affidavit required). Flat fee is for virtual mediations lasting up to 2 hours. Each additional hour is $175.
  • For combined incomes over $150,000, the rate is $195/hour for virtual mediations and $235/hour for in-person mediations
